The brand name "naderu" is inspired by the Japanese word for "to caress"—a term that evokes a sense of healing and comfort that goes beyond mere touch.

This wallet features Leather Yuzen, an exclusive processing technique created by artisans in Ikuno, Osaka. By applying traditional Yuzen dyeing methods to leather and adding three-dimensional embossing, they have achieved a soft, undulating surface that feels incredibly soothing to the touch. We invite you to experience this unique, addictive texture with your own hands.

Design & Symbolism
The leather features a custom-ordered Ichimatsu (checkerboard) pattern in a slightly offset design. In Japanese culture, the Ichimatsu pattern is an auspicious symbol of prosperity and continuity, making this wallet an excellent choice for a meaningful gift.

A signature TUDA detail is the Original Kofun-shaped Zipper Pull (inspired by ancient Japanese burial mounds), crafted from solid brass with a protective clear coating.
