染元には別注色①イエロー×グレーと②サーモンピンク×ブルーグレーの2パターンを依頼し、ややずらした市松模様のデザインとなっています。

裁断面を出さない技法でお作りしていますので、掌全体で革友禅の特徴である凸凹の手触りを楽しんでいただけます。市松模様は縁起の良い柄ですのでプレゼントにもぴったりです。

A Tactile Experience: "To Caress"
The name "naderu" is derived from the Japanese word for "to caress"—an expression that captures a sense of healing and comfort beyond simple touch.

Crafted using Leather Yuzen, a unique technique from the artisans of Ikuno, Osaka, this pen case features a three-dimensional embossed surface. By using a construction method that conceals the raw cut edges of the leather, we have ensured that you can fully enjoy the soothing, undulating texture across the entire palm of your hand.

Unique Details & Auspicious Design
This series features a slightly offset Ichimatsu (checkerboard) pattern, specially commissioned in two custom color palettes. As the Ichimatsu pattern is considered a symbol of shared prosperity and good fortune in Japan, this pen case makes a thoughtful and auspicious gift.

A standout feature is the TUDA Original Kofun-shaped Zipper Pull (inspired by ancient Japanese burial mounds), crafted from brass with a protective clear coating.
